David E. Woodruff, Esq.
David E. Woodruff is a full-time, professional
mediator and arbitrator specializing
in business/commercial, real estate, personal injury, employment,
bankruptcy and divorce cases. He
brings a unique blend of legal, business and ADR expertise to the
practice. He
has 22 years of professional experience, including 7 years as a
litigator with
two major law firms, 10 years as a management consultant with a Big 4
firm, and 5 years as an ADR professional. He has successfully
resolved hundreds of cases. He has a law degree from UC
Berkeley's
Boalt Hall School of Law and a business degree from the University of
Southern
California. He is trained and certified in both arbitration and
mediation. He
serves on the mediation and arbitration panels of the Los Angeles
County Superior
Court, and the mediation panels of the Ventura County Superior Court
and the
United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
He is
a member of the SCMA and the ABA Dispute Resolution Section. He
is an

Joy P. Woodruff, Esq.
Joy P. Woodruff is a full-time, professional
mediator and arbitrator specializing in business/commercial, real
estate, bankruptcy and personal injury cases. She brings 15
years of legal and business experience to the practice, including 12
years as a litigator and business lawyer, and 3 years as a management
consultant. Joy Woodruff acted as CFO of Texas State Optical
during its successful restructuring. She has a law degree from
Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Wisconsin, Madison. She is trained and certified in both
arbitration and mediation. Her
warm and engaging style is effective and welcomed by litigants.
